Sweet Potato and Turkey

Great for a light dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bake the sweet potato, and mash.
  2. Season turkey breast and bake.
  3. Cut the celery and add to a frying pan that has a spoon of olive oil add the raisins and two tablespoons of water and cook til the celery is a bit soft. Add a handful of croutons.
  4. Add the celery and raisin mix over the turkey breast.
  5. To the mash sweet potatoe add a dash of salt and season to taste.
  6. Serve together.
