Sweet and Spicy Chinese Cabbage Salad

Crunchy cabbage salad with a sweet and spicy sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Finely shred the vegetables, mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl with a wisk and pour over vegetables.
  2. Mix well and let sit, as it droops you end up with more liquid overall. The slight softening is fine since it's crunchy cabbage.
  3. Note: based on recipe form Healthy Cooking.

I used less oil & vinegar and no added sweetener. I also added sliced almonds.
