Sugar Cookies

Quick and easy sugar cookies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
  5. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden.
  7. Let stand on cookie sheet two minutes before moving to cool on wire racks.

I don't know if I did something wrong but when I made this, only the edges tasted good and the middle just tasted weird.

LOVE theses! They even look good and taste yummy!! I put a 1/4 cup of splenda instead of sugar to take out some of the calories! And i mixed about a 1/4 a cup of sprinkles for color.. they are only 20 calories a tablespoon!!!
