Stuffed Jalapenos

Peppers filled with cheese wrapped in bacon.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice long ways and scrape inside out of peppers.
  2. Put cream cheese, cheddar cheese and paprika in bowl and heat till melted.
  3. Put cheese mixture in pepper halves.
  4. Wrap stuffed peppers in bacon secure with tooth pick.
  5. Cook at 400 °F (205 °C) for 25 minutes or till bacon fully done.
