Stuffed Bell Peppers

Yummy green peppers stuffed with brown rice and veggies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut tops off peppers, clean and place in 9 x 9" baking dish.
  2. In medium bowl, mix spices, broccoli, mushrooms, rice and 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce.
  3. Brown ground beef and add to mixture in bowl. Mix well.
  4. Fill peppers with the filling. Pour remaining sauce on top of peppers. Pour water in dish around the peppers.
  5. Lightly cover dish with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F (175 °C).
  7. Enjoy!

The peppers could be cut in half and served with a salad for an even lighter meal.
