Steak & Potatoes Crockpot

Crockpot recipe of lean steak, veggies, and a touch of starch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Season beef with adobo, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in skillet, sear beef.
  3. Add onion quarters to crockpot. Add beef. Add chopped garlic, chunks of red pepper, mushroom halves and bay leaves.
  4. Mix potato flakes with water. Add to crockpot.
  5. Cook on low 8-10 hours.

Reviews 
Great that it has high protein. However Adobe has enough salt on its own you do not need more. The sodium content is way too high for anyones diet.
