Sure you can buy the prepared stuff, but this easy lasagna is even better and tastier.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- In large bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, egg, spinach and oregano.
- Grease a 13" x 9" x 4" pan, notice that four inches, so toppings have room and don't stick.
- Layer 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/3 uncooked noodles, and half of cheese mixture. Repeat.
- Top with remaining noodles, sauce and reserved mozzarella.
- Pour water around edges, cover and bake 350 °F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
