Spinach & Broccoli Egg Cups

Baked green egg cups.

Directions

  1. Mix eggs.
  2. Chop basil.
  3. Chop and cook down spinach.
  4. Cut steamed broccoli.
  5. Put egg and basil mix into muffin tin.
  6. Add a decent pinch of spinach and broccoli.
  7. Make sure all is coated.
  8. 350 °F (175 °C) for roughly 18-22 minutes.
