Spicy Vegetarian Chili

Filling and very easy to make.

Directions

  1. Drain canned beans. Mix all ingredients in a pan (I use crumbled meat, from freezer section).
  2. Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Let cool.
  3. For lunch, serve in small 1 cup containers.
