Spicy Jicama Salad

A tangy side dish.

Directions

  1. Wash and peel jicama.
  2. Use a mandolin slicer with a julienne blade to cut up jicama and place in a bowl.
  3. Squeeze juice from half a lime and add chili powder
  4. Toss and serve. (Add a pinch of salt if preferred).
