Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop chicken into cubes.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil.
  3. Mix chicken, mushrooms, tomato, garlic and thyme together.
  4. Chop the half of the onion into half.
  5. Alternate a piece of onion, a mushroom, two pieces of cubed chicken and tomato onto bamboo skewer that has been soaking in cold water.
  6. Continue alternating until skewer is full. Should be about 3 mushrooms and 3 tomatoes per skewer.
  7. Grill on pre-heated grill on about low to med for about 5 minutes per side.
  8. Note: remember, chicken will cook faster because it is cubed.
