Spicy Avocado Devil-less Eggs

Eggs made with avocado and a touch of Miracle Whip Light.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil eggs for 20 minutes, cool and peel.
  2. Puree avocado, add salt, pepper, and vinegar.
  3. Mix Miracle Whip in avocado mixture.
  4. Slice eggs in half long ways, remove yolks.
  5. Mash yolks into avocado mixture.
  6. Stuff egg white halves with avocado/yolk mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika, and red pepper flakes to taste.
