Shrimp & Asparagus with Bacon & Parmesan

Directions

  1. Cook Canadian bacon in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until crispy. Set aside.
  2. Cook shrimp in 2 tablespoons of olive oil with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Cook asparagus in 2 tablespoons of olive oil with minced garlic.
  4. Combine all cooked items and top with fresh grated parmesan. Serve immediately.
