Seasoned Chicken Soup

Directions

  1. Melt margarine in a medium saucepan. Add green onions, red pepper, and garlic and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add green beans and cooked chicken. Return to boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for another 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add spinach and season to taste. Cook just until spinach is wilted and chicken is warm through.
