Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs with onion, bacon, mushrooms and cheddar.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice bacon into small pieces and sauté in small frying pan sprayed with cooking spray, like Pam.
  2. When bacon is starting to get crispy, add onions and mushrooms.
  3. As ingredients are starting to cook, add white cooking wine.
  4. Season with garlic salt.
  5. Beat eggs with mixer or fork then add to sauteed bacon, onions and mushrooms.
  6. Add cheese, slicing into small pieces scattered over the eggs.
  7. Turn eggs is spatula to cook thoroughly. Serve promptly.
