Roasted Cilantro Lime Butter Corn

Frozen corn with butter, cilantro, lime juice, salt and cayenne pepper.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into bowl and, using a rubber spatula, mix in cilantro, lime juice, salt and cayenne.
  2. Pre-heat oven 350 °F (175 °C).
  3. In a medium saucepan on medium-high heat , add corn and ingredients from bowl.
  4. Just heat, change to small oven pan, and place in oven for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with lime zest for garnish.
  6. Enjoy!
