Treat - Cookies Chocolate Chip
Yummy! Just like Grandma's only with 75% less sugar and 50% less FAT
Serving size is 1 of 72 cookies
Ingredients
Directions
- Turn oven on to 375*
- In medium size bowl - mix together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix these ingredients well.
Set aside
- In a large mixing bowl - mix together softened butter, applesauce, brown, and white sugars.
Add - Liquid egg whites and vanilla. Mix well
- Gradually add a 1/3 of the dry mixture to butter/sugar mixture using an electric mixer or by hand - Just incorporate the ingredients well.
Repeat until mixtures are combine.
- Gently stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips - in a folding motion.
- Use a small melon-baller to make the cookies. This will help make the cookies all uniform in size.
- Bake each batch for 8-9 mintues but start checking on them at 7 minutes :)
