Raisin and Cucumber Chicken Salad

A twist on regular chicken salad.



  1. Cube the chicken breast.
  2. Add to the chicken the mayonnaise, spices, raisins and cucumber.
  3. Mix and serve.
  4. Note: great on a bed of lettuce.
