Pumpkin Bread Pudding

This sweet bread pudding makes a dessert that's sure to impress.

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Whisk half and half, pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla and eggs in large bowl to blend.
  3. Fold in bread cubes.
  4. Stir in golden raisins.
  5. Transfer mixture to 11x7 " glass baking dish.
  6. Let stand 15 minutes.
  7. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 40 minutes.
