Ingredients
Directions
- Mix the protein powder and water to a pancake batter consistency.
- In a heated and slightly oiled pan, prepare like pancakes.
- Cook them slowly and try and leave them slightly moist on the inside.

I use a mix of soy flour, soy meal, flax meal, flavored whey protein and spices like cinnamon to add some flavor. Then I add an egg white for even more protein. It's not the fluffy-style pancake you might be used to, but it's a whole lot healthier.

Rated it on a 3 because I prepared it with chocolate protein powder and it was... not good. I'll try it with vanilla next time.
