Pressure Cooker Cabbage Soup
Cabbage soup made in a pressure cooker that should be good for Phase 1 Fat Smash.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop cabbage in quarters, add to pressure cooker.
- Chop celery (including leaf) into chunks and layered on top of cabbage.
- Add baby carrots along with the frozen onions and vegetable soup mix (like Knorr brand).
- Add in frozen soy burger (like Boco meatless burger brand).
- Pour 4 cups of stock over mixture along with the olive oil.
- Bring to high pressure and cook for 5 minutes.
- When all the steam is released, stir in cilantro and garlic.
- Note: for extra protein add a splash of soybean liquid protein concentrate (like Bragg liquid aminos brand).

i forgot to season to taste-- i use the liquid aminos to help flavor-- similar to soy sauce so i don't need as much salt.
