Poultry Stuffing

For an every once in a while or cheat day poultry meal that uses stuffing.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook onion, celery and butter for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Combine with rest of ingredients, except water.
  4. Toss with 1 cup of water to moisten - add up to another 1/2 cup water if still seems dry.
  5. Pack loosely into bird (stuffs a 10-12 lb bird).
  6. Add 6 minutes per lb to cooking time of bird.
