Pizza Pasta

Rigatoni with pizza toppings.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dice the mushrooms, peppers, and onions and set aside.
  2. Bring water in a medium pan to boil and once boiling add your rigatoni.
  3. In a saucepan on medium low heat pour traditional sauce along with peppers, onions and mushrooms and cover.
  4. In a frying pan cook and chop your ground turkey until fully cooked, once cooked drain and add it to your sauce.
  5. Once rigatoni is done strain the pasta for serving.
  6. Place 1 cup of rigatoni on plate and cover with 1 cup of your completed meat sauce. Add 3 slices of turkey pepperoni and top with your shredded mozzarella.
  7. Enjoy.
