For some really good beans with plenty of taste.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine beans and ham hocks in a large pot, cover with water.
- Add chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to boil and simmer uncovered for 3-4 hours until beans are tender.
