Peanut Chocolate Bars

No bake peanut chocolate dessert bars.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Line a 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut flour, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour on to parchment paper in pan. Smooth top with spatula. Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in bowl. Microwave and stir every 30 seconds until a pourable liquid. Pour over peanut butter and smooth with spatula.
  4. Spread sea salt and freeze for at least 2 hours.
