Peanut Butter Kisses

Delicious peanut butter cookies topped with a kiss.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Stir together eggs, sugar, and peanut butter until well blended.
  3. With floured hands, roll 1 tablespoon of dough into balls.
  4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 12-14 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and press chocolate kiss in center.

I have had these in the past and they are delicious, but if I have one, it is hard for me to stop, so I am better off not having any. Someday, way in the future, I might have one.
