Peanut Butter & Apple Sandwich

  1. Toast slice of whole wheat bread.
  2. Spread with peanut butter.
  3. Put some apple slices on top.
  4. Enjoy. It almost has a caramel apple taste.

Great for Phase 2 snack! Very good and sweet with Granny Smith apple slices!

Yummy, am eating this now with a cup of hot plain rooibos tea...I sprinkled a tiny bit of nutmeg on the sandwich.
