Parsley Olive Relish

Bursting with olive flavor this spread or dip is great on any type of meat or fish and even just on a crusty piece of bread.

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and let sit for an hour.
  2. Serve on top of seared tuna for the best flavor!
