Papaya Salsa

Delicious salsa topping for pork or chicken.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Finely dice the jalapeno peppers, be sure to de-seed and de-vein (or not) depending on how hot you want it.
  2. Chop all ingredients and put in a bowl.
  3. Add juice and toss with a little salt.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.

this looks great but how much is a serving on these recipes??? I am guessing 1/2 cup as a serving but i really don't like to assume that either..However i do want to try this..looks yummy
