Simple one pot chili.

  1. Brown beef in skillet with oil.
  2. Put beef in crock pot and stir in vegetables and spices.
  3. Cook on high for 6 hours.
  4. Top with desired garnishes such as sour cream, Greek yogurt, avocado, cilantro, red onion etc...
