Pad Beef Basil

Spicy Thai beef dish to be eaten on its own, over rice or with lettuce wraps.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat a wok or frying pan to medium-high. Begin sautéing the onions.
  2. Add the beef and cook until most of the pink is gone.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and sauté to combine and cook down until basil has wilted and beef is cooked through.

that sounds soooo good. I will have to try it out. I will have this for lunch I think. Thank you
make some sustitutions here ie. splenda and julienned young green onions. Skip the rice and make it a lettuce wrap. This can be made with tofu as well if u prefer just be sure to press it well.
