This recipe sounds great, but sometimes recipes call for cooked oatmeal, other times, it's for dry uncooked oatmeal...they should specify...but I will try it dry...

I found this a little dry. Try adding berries or diced apples.

This recipe was very easy to make, I had all of the ingredients right on hand, it only takes a minute of prep time, and there was very little clean up. To top it all of, the muffins were good! I would have given them a 5, but I am still adjusting to the taste of Splenda. They are perfect for Phase I and are quite yummy. I recommend everyone try these at least once. I think next time, I maye use half Splenda and half real sure...so that I cut back on the Splenda taste, but I'm still not using as much sugar as I would be otherwise.

I hope the other person who left the RUDE comment realizes that we are not all on the SAME diet. It is OK to submit recipes because it can help others while some may not be able to use the recipe...that is the beauty of this website! By the way sounds great to me!
