Slight aftertaste from the splenda, but still creamy and delicious. I made my whipped cream myself from heavy cream. Tastes good as soon as you make it; even better chilled. Made it in less than five minutes and it really satisfies that chocolate craving!

If you're following Atkins Induction Phase, the only "cream" allowed is heavy or light cream, the liquid kind. So, you should make your own whipping cream from that. Cocoa powder is not an Induction-allowed food, and I would suggest using Truvia instead of Splenda. Truvia truly has 0 carbs, while Splenda has .9 carbs per packet.

This is so good. I didn't use as much splenda as the recipe called for and I thought it was plenty sweet to satisfy my craving! Thank you for sharing.
