Mexican Cucumbers

A really delicious way to eat cucumbers.

Directions

  1. Cut and peel cucumbers however you like.
  2. Put cucumbers in a bowl, and squeeze either a lemon or lime on them.
  3. Pour desired amount of chili powder over cucumbers.

I used lemon juice and cayenne pepper in place of the lime and chili powder because I didn't have it! good quick recipe either way.

It was good but I think will be great and more mexican with cumin.
