Mashed Cauliflower

Lovely steamed cauliflower mashed with cheese and garlic.



  1. Place the cauliflower in a steamer and steam to desired tenderness.
  2. In a bowl, mash the cauliflower with garlic, chicken broth and parmesan cheese, all to taste.
  3. Serve warm.

Sauteed the garlic in butter (couldn't hang with raw garlic) and put more cheese in. Delicious!!

Sounds delicious. I will try it. I love mashed potatoes so this may make a great substitute. I gave had potatoes but not often.

I add about 1/4 tsp of Herbox sodium for granulated chicken bouillon instead of broth. I mashed with an electric beater and added some butter to taste. I think the next time I will use the food processor to make them more creamy.

This was so good , I traded in the mashed tators , and used this recipe , my family loved it and so did I.

Delicious....very easy to make....I used Kernel Seasoning Cheddar instead of Parmesan. Very filling!
