London Broil

Herbs and spices marinated London broil.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In small mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Place steak in plastic bag and pour in marinade.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning bag over once during that time.
  4. When ready to serve, pre-heat broiler or grill.
  5. Discard marinade and bay leaf. Broil (or grill over med-high heat) for about 5 minutes per side (center reaches 145 °F (60 °C) for medium rare).
  6. If meat is more than 1" thick, grill for about 6-7 minutes per side.
  7. Cut meat into thin, diagonal slice across grain. Serve warm or cold.
