An easy to prepare and tasty chicken recipe that is a great presentation dish.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine all ingredients (except the chicken) for the marinade.
- Pour over the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
- Roast chicken in a 425 °F (210 °C) oven for 15 minutes per pound. Do not open oven or baste chicken during roasting.
- If chicken is to be grilled, grill for approximately 20 minutes, turning once.

I think this sounds like a lovely recipe. Plenty of flavor, high in protein, low in carbs and sugar. Best of all it's gluten free.
