Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt butter and mix in stevia. Bring to a boil and pull off heat.
  2. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  3. Stir in almonds and peanuts.
  4. Spread out on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Let sit and cool for 20 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
  6. Add nuts back in and stir until well mixed.
  7. Spread back on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  8. Break apart into 12 pieces.
