Keto Cinnamon Butter Cookies

Almond flour cookies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 °F (150 °C).
  2. Add all liquid ingredients to large mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until very well combined.
  4. Roll dough into 15 evenly sized balls and place onto well greased baking sheet.
  5. Place into the oven for 5 minutes and remove.
  6. Press dough with fork to create cookie shape.
  7. Place back into the oven for 18-20 minutes to finish baking.
  8. Remove from baking and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Didn't have liquid Stevia, so used a Truvia equivalent. Added a little more vanilla. Pretty good!
