Italian Sausage Lentil Soup

This delightful sausage lentil soup is a close resemblance to Carrabba's lentil soup.

  1. Put chicken broth in large soup pot.
  2. Add lentils, diced tomatoes, vegetables, spices (to taste), and cooked hot or sweet Italian sausage.
  3. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to low simmer, cook on simmer for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
