A non-dairy drink I make to take with me to my classes in the mid-morning.

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend to desired consistency.

Bananas are P3, not in weight loss phase. Try peaches, apples, berries, rhubarb or even sweet potato for your shakes. Make sure your whey does not have any artificial or added ingredients, especially sugars/fructose.
