A low carb version of your favorite McDonald's shake.

Directions

  1. Place avocado, spinach, protein powder and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the liquid stevia peppermint drops, extract, and ice, and blend until thick.
  3. Taste and adjust stevia, as needed.
