Health Nutty Granola

Delicious granola with walnuts, almonds, pecans, raisins and of course oats.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
  4. Refrigerate. Store in airtight container for 2 weeks.
  5. Note: based on a recipe from Ellie Krieger's The Food you Crave.

delicious!!!! really nice and crunchy. I eat this everyday; little bowl of low fat yoghurt or fromage blanc and 3 tablespoons of granola. great brekkie and it'll keep you going until lunch.
