Ground Turkey and Four Bean Chili
Lots of beans and tomatoes...not a lot of oil or grease!
Ingredients
Directions
- Sauté onions and garlic in the olive oil in a large stew pot until tender.
- Add ground turkey and brown together, add chili powder and cayenne to the browning meat.
- Add tomato paste and refried beans and stir until combined.
- Add all other ingredients, cans of beans and tomatoes, salt and pepper and other sauces.
- Fill one empty can twice full of water and add to the pot.
- Stirring frequently, simmer for up to 5 hours for maximum flavor, or enjoy within 30 minutes.
- It only gets better the longer you cook it!

I would eliminate some of the canned tomatoes. The sodium content for one serving is really high.
