Directions

  1. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and crushed garlic into a marinade.
  2. Marinate the fillets for 10 minutes.
  3. Place the fillets on the grill and cook until flesh is crispy, checking regularly.
  4. Top with fresh cherry tomatoes.
