Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Beat eggs well.
  3. Mix eggs, oil and milk (more or less depending on desired thickness)to dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Prepare pancakes and enjoy.

Not for a low carb diet. It's got sugar in it.

One serving is One Pancake? Not realistic in a low carb diet. A nominal serving of 3 cakes would be over 30 grams of carbs. Way out of line for the day.

I've always prefered homemade pancakes versus to boxed mixes. I usually mix up a batch of this batter on the weekend and freeze it for later use.
