Gingered Ham Salad

Dressed flavorful salad with lunch ham and spices.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except cilantro, cherry tomatoes and cilantro) in a sealed glass or plastic container to marinate.
  2. Refrigerate at least two hours or preferably overnight
  3. Stir or shake occasionally to evenly coat.
  4. One hour before serving, stir in cilantro.
  5. Serve on a bed of torn lettuce of your choice.
  6. Garnish with quartered cherry tomatoes, Thai bird peppers and cilantro sprigs.
