Garlic Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Flavorful and healthy alternative to traditional mashed potatoes.

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes with peeled and minced garlic.
  2. Drain and mash, then add salt to taste.
  3. In a saucepan heat the milk, butter and horseradish.
  4. Mix until a creamy sauce.
  5. Pour mixture over the mashed potatoes and garlic. Mix and serve.
