Garlic Butter Log

Garlic flavored butter for bread, veggies, seafood and steak.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soften butter.
  2. Mix softened butter, garlic (minced), and parmesan cheese. Mix completely with a rubber spatula.
  3. Combine in a measuring cup or separate bowl your spices and herbs (garlic powder, basil, oregano, paprika, sea salt, thyme, and black pepper).
  4. Dump spices into butter mix and blend until smooth.
  5. Mold butter into a log shape and place onto plastic wrap or sheet of wax paper. Log should be about 10 inches long.
  6. Place log into fridge or freezer to harden.
  7. Note: can be stored in fridge or freezer. Give your food that melt in your mouth flavor!
