Fruit & Vegetables Smoothie

An above average smoothie I have each day.



  1. Cram everything into blender and blend for about a minute or until smooth.
  2. Check it's the consistency you like and add a bit more water if it's a bit thick.

Except for the lettuce (all that in a blender?), it sounds perfect for a veggie and fruit smoothie! I'll sub some kale or swiss chard for the lettuce, will add more vitamins. Plain lettuce has almost no nutritional value... Happy Smoothie-ing!

Very good option for someone trying to eat clean and get in more fruits and veggies for the day! Sounds very fresh, wiil be making this tonight!thanks

Not suitable at all. Not suitable in any phase of Atkins. It has a total of 55.8 carb (after the fiber is deducted) AND it had 46.37 Sugar carbs.

Can't imagine how this must taste with 2 heads of lettuce. Too many calories. I would rather eat 316 calories and not drink it. Better options out there.

Honeydew melon, Oranges and Strawberries are not allowed for O blood groups.
